Godalming Operatic Society is widely regarded as one of the country’s leading Gilbert and Sullivan Societies. Currently we perform a fully staged G&S opera every February, with a full 22+ piece professional orchestra. In June or July we put on a smaller scale work.

Conservatoire Concerts is a series of classical music concerts which holds a concert every month (with the exception of July and August). This series was set up as a branch of TBS (Tilford Bach Society) in order to give performance opportunities to both Conservatoire students who are aspiring to become professional musicians, and young professionals. Since its inception in January 2017, Conservatoire Concerts Series has welcomed ensembles of all sizes, set up an Annual Bach Day and organised more than twenty evening concerts and a few lunchtime ones as well.

We are Godalming Film Society - and we love film!
GFS is a members’ only society which celebrates and screens films that are rarely seen on the main circuit with an emphasis on world cinema. 
For each season we aim to show films from all genres, from the beginning of film (silent and black / white) through to classics and introducing our members to cutting edge film from around the world.
We were established in 2007 and are now on the cusp of our 14th season!  We have nearly 300 members and we screen films on most Tuesdays from September to May at the Borough Hall in Godalming.
